1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Since the "Holy Quran: Made Simple & Illustrated" is a digital product (PDF file), it is deemed "used" immediately upon download or opening. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be returned. Therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase is complete.

2. NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED

Please note that this is a Digital Download only. No physical book, binder, or printed material will be sent to your address. A misunderstanding of the product format (thinking it is a physical book) does not qualify for a refund, as the product is clearly labeled as a Digital PDF.

4. DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice under the same email address, please contact us. In this specific case, we may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction at our discretion.
